Shipping policy

Fitsem currently ships within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Time (United States)

Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

Many orders arrive earlier than expected.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak shipping periods.

3. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

4. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

We ship from multiple US-based fulfillment partners to ensure faster delivery times.

If one item arrives before another, the remaining package is still on its way.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:

• Check with neighbors
• Check around your delivery location
• Contact the carrier directly

If a package is confirmed lost in transit (no tracking movement for 15+ days), contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is coming soon.
