At Fitsem, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. As we ship globally, our policy varies slightly depending on your location to comply with local laws and ensure efficient processing.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Global Policy)
Applies to ALL customers (EU, USA, and Rest of World).
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you do not need to return it.
Please contact us at fitsem.people@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

Your Order Number.

A photo or video showing the damage/defect.
We will immediately review your case and offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
2. "Change of Mind" Returns (EU Customers)
Applies to customers shipping to the European Union.
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights laws, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return: Please email fitsem.people@gmail.com to initiate the return process and receive the appropriate return address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
3. "Change of Mind" Returns (USA & Rest of World)
Applies to customers outside the European Union.
For international orders (outside the EU), we generally accept returns for "change of mind" but we do not do it, unless the item is defective as stated in Section 1.
However, we review requests on a case-by-case basis. If a return is authorized:

The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our main facility in Ireland.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Order Cancellation
We process orders with our suppliers. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
