What is the return policy?
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you do not need to return it.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns USA
For international orders (outside the EU), we generally accept returns for "change of mind" but due to the high cost we do not do returns unless the item is defective as stated in Section 1.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Order Cancellation
We process orders with our suppliers. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
